What They Say...

The Good Will Exchange with HPS presented me with the opportunity to experience the culture of India, shaped by its religion and history, which is so different from European culture. I was captivated by the warm welcome, the graciousness and politeness of the people, and the willingness to share the customs, traditions, and hospitality of the Indian people.

Mr. Raju Ravitej, through his ability to present initiatives aimed at bringing different cultures and nations closer together, sparked interest and a desire to get to know the students of HPS in Hyderabad. With his commitment, charisma, and entrepreneurial spirit, he supported the idea of organizing a youth exchange between XXXI Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Łódź and the Hyderabad Public School in Hyderabad, India.

The Good Will Society, energetically led by Raju Ravitej and his colleagues, made it possible to meet the Principal of HPS Begumpet, Dr. Skand Bali, as well as the teachers, students, and their parents. It provided an opportunity to form new friendships and to discover Hyderabad, a city exotic and fascinating for Polish people.

“The Good Will Exchange with HPS gave me a chance to experience the culture, customs, and traditions of India. The warm welcome, care, and kindness from everyone are impossible to describe. The wonderful, spicy food has become one of my favourites. The huge number of attractions and educative activities prepared for us shows the tremendous effort and dedication of the people involved. India, and above all our hosts… will always have a place in my heart. I hope there will be more to come…Good Will Society is truly represented by Raju, Vani, and Olga—a trio of wonderful people in the perfect place. Raju Ravitej is a very competent, responsible, and well-organized person. He is communicative and direct in interpersonal relations and always willing to help. He resolves problems quickly, is characterized by a high level of personal culture and is open, witty, & warm-hearted.”

“Participating in the Good Will Exchange program in India was one of the most unique and moving experiences in both my professional and personal life. It was not only a journey to another country, but above all a profound encounter with people, culture, and a way of thinking that stays with you for a long time. I was struck by the extraordinary hospitality and openness of our hosts, the HPS, who welcomed us with immense warmth and care.

The Good Will Exchange program was also a great source of inspiration as a teacher. I saw how valuable education based on international cooperation and direct contact between young people from different cultures can be. Experiences like this teach openness, empathy, and curiosity about the world in a way that no classroom lesson can replace.

This journey also left me with a deep sense of gratitude. Thanks to the extraordinary dedication of our hosts - HPS and the Good Will Society, we were able to experience something truly special.

Raju Ravitej is someone who can inspire others with his vision and consistently bring it to life, while at the same time remaining very open and attentive to the needs of the participants, I am deeply grateful to Raju Ravitej and the entire Good Will Society organization for their work, passion, and dedication. We experienced something that will stay with us for a lifetime and will lead to further cooperation and friendship between our countries.”

"For me, as a person coming from such a distant country, the Good Will Exchange with HPS, India, made me realize how close we actually are to one another as human beings. I had some concerns related to limitations about India I had read about on the internet, but they turned out to be completely insignificant in the conditions created for us by the Ravitej family, as well as the teachers, managers and staff of HPS School.

For two weeks it was truly our home — a home full of smiles, delicious food, comfortable living conditions, and above all, genuine family warmth. I felt like a member of the family and the HPS school community that hosted us. I was even able to prepare a meal in the Ravitej family’s kitchen according to my own recipes.

I saw the real India: Indian hospitality and everyday life, sometimes surprising, but certainly something that has captivated me for years to come. I hope I can come back to this country with such a rich culture and history.

Good Will is a wonderful initiative and a unique opportunity to connect two seemingly different worlds. The educational and cultural value of such an experience is beyond measure. Contact with a different culture, and above all with people living in different conditions, with peers who in reality turn out to be young people with the same problems, emotions, and dreams — is truly remarkable.

Raju Ravitej is well-known in India with extensive connections, is a person of great culture and excellent language skills, but above all someone who understands human behavior, can adapt to any situation, and knows that cultural differences are not obstacles. What brings us closest to one another are relationships, regardless of the continent — and in building these relationships, Raju is an irreplaceable catalyst.

I am very happy that I had the opportunity to meet him and his wonderful wife Vani, with whom he forms a remarkable duo representing India at a level that even the best diplomatic teams could be proud of.

I would also like to express my special thanks to Olga Mukhina for her great professionalism, optimism, culture, and dedication in ensuring that both the organizational aspects and the stay itself were conducted at the highest level."
